“Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen."

~Pete Carroll

What is a Coach?

A good coach is many things: a teacher, an advocate, a trainer, a critic, and a guide. A coach sees your potential and will stop at nothing to see you live up to that potential. They are an unbiased voice to help process problems and work through challenges. They will push the boundaries of your comfort zone and stimulate growth. They will acknowledge, champion and celebrate your wins. They will help turn failures into lessons and opportunities. They will help you to set and accomplish SMART goals by holding you accountable to your word.

Honesty & Integrity

Every strong relationship is rooted in these two principles. The relationship between coach and client is no different. I may not always be sweet. Compassion does not make value judgments. Sometimes a congratulatory reward will be in order. Other times a harsh reality check is more necessary. My sole intent is to maximize your potential and optimize your growth by using every tool available.

Radical honesty is the only way to ensure the success of our work together. Radical honesty takes tremendous courage and vulnerability. I will meet you with compassionate, engaged and raw presence in every moment we work together, that is my word.
